All orders shipped from Spa170West.com to Indiana residents will be subject to sales 7% tax. Tax will be estimated at the time of the order, and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail.

Spa 170 West limits customers to $1000 per order.

Items accepted for return (unless they arrived to you damaged) will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

If you are not satisfied with your Spa 170 West online purchase, you can return it unused in the original packaging with original packing slip within 60 days of the purchase date. Ship to: Spa 170 West, 170 West 106th Street, Carmel, IN 46290; 317-558-1541. We will refund your debit/credit card for the amount minus the original shipping charges. Please allow 30 days for this process.

Refunds/returns/exchanges not available after 60 days. Obviously used products cannot be returned/refunded or exchanged nor can products that were purchased from another retailer.

Should an item arrive damaged, we will send you a duplicate item at no additional cost, upon receipt of the damaged product. Call us at 317-558-1541 so that we may provide you with a no-charge return shipping label. We can also credit your credit/debit card account for the damaged item if you do not wish to receive a duplicate item.

Should you encounter a problem with your product, please contact us at the number above to arrange for a replacement, exchange or refund.

If you have questions about your order or a return, refund or exchange please call Spa 170 West at 317-558-1541 Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. If we are busy helping other patients, you can leave us a confidential voice mail at this number, and we will return your call within 24 hours.

Spa 170 West processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Spa 170 West ships to all 50 states in the US via United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. We cannot deliver to post office boxes.

The minimum shipping charge is $5.50 (for one product). There will be an additional shipping charge of $1.50 for each additional product ordered.
